Water Management Planning Tool

DWR's Water Management Tool can assist local agencies in water management planning efforts.

Disadvantaged Communities (DAC) Mapping Tool

DWR developed the DAC Mapping Tool to assist local agencies and other interested parties in evaluating DAC status throughout the State, using the definition provided by Proposition 1 IRWM Guidelines (2016)

Economically Distressed Areas (EDA) Mapping Tool

DWR developed the EDA Mapping Tool to assist local agencies and other interested parties in evaluating EDA status throughout the State, using the definition specified under the Water Quality, Supply, and Infrastructure Improvement Act of 2014 (Proposition 1) Economically Distressed Area Instructions.
